This year 2025, the program supported clinical leaders within three distinct focuses: Innovation Grants, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Scribe Technology Grants and Indigenous Led Innovation Grants.&nbsp; In alignment with the Interoperability Roadmap, the Innovation Grants advanced digital health transformation through innovation. AI Scribe Technology Grants allowed creative adaptation of the use of scribes beyond Primary Care and beyond traditional documentation use cases.
