-30 years of industry experience as a Registered Nurse – acute care clinical experience and a strong Clinical Informatics background at an Academic acute care hospital in downtown Toronto
-Currently leading a large scale Clinical transformation project at Central East Health Cluster in the role of Regional Clinical lead. The clinical stream also has direct oversight to change management activities and technical components that have dependencies on clinical decisions making
-Led and successfully delivered cutover at The Ottawa Hospital and 4 partner sites, supporting the largest single day big bang go-live in Canada
-Recognized leader supporting large scale clinical transformations in the CIS and digital care space across Ontario
-Extensive experience with two of the largest, international CIS vendors: Cerner and Epic
-Led and supported large scale business continuity plans
