Ryan McDonald will be starting as the OPOR Clinical Standardization Lead-Emergency & Trauma on February 27th, 2024. Ryan received his Bachelor of Nursing from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2015. Since then, Ryan has expanded across many clinical areas including medicine, intensive care, rural health, public health and the post anesthesia care unit. Ryan is committed to continued education and has obtained his Critical Care Nursing Certificate, as well as Comprehensive Holistic Nursing & Coaching Certificate. Ryan is coming to us with experience across many CIS systems, and with leadership experience founded in best practice.
