Bio
Michelle Gramozis is the Leader for the Clinical ePractice team at Fraser Health Authority (FHA). She has been a nurse for over 20 years, with clinical experience in a variety of acute care practice settings including Orthopedics, Neurosciences, Cardiology and Intensive Care. Michelle's interest in technology and improving clinical processes spurred her to seek a position in Clinical Informatics, where she focused on standardizing clinical procedures across the health authority and developed a keen interest in clinical documentation practices. This interest in documentation resulted in Michelle's transition to Professional Practice, where she led the development of a regional documentation policy, the creation of a clinical abbreviations catalogue and the development of regional acute care standards.
Today, Michelle' work is largely focused on clinical information system design, implementation and sustainment and she reports to FHA's Chief Clinical Information Officer.
