Kama Kalia and Sonia Pagliaroli are Co-Chairs for the CNIA Ontario Chapter Our hope is this chapter will foster learning, collaboration, innovation and leadership growth among Nurse Informaticists in Ontario. Our next Ontario Chapter meeting is June 10th @ 12-1pm. Shaping AI in Health Care Through a Nursing Lens: A Fireside Chat with Jessica Burford Jessica Burford is a nurse leader, educator, researcher, and PhD candidate at Western University. Her doctoral work focuses on nursing leadership and the integration of artificial intelligence in health care, with an emphasis on how nurses can shape AI to support safe, ethical, human-centred practice and optimal work environments. Her broader work is grounded in workforce well-being, gerontology, knowledge mobilization, and a commitment to strengthening nursing’s collective voice in health system change.
