Nursing optimization through task automation: How the Oracle Health Community brought two clients together over a task clean-up rule

When designed correctly, task lists can help nurses organize and prioritize their patient care workload. However, tasks can become burdensome when there is a misalignment between the task and nurses' functional workflows. Come learn about our optimization project: ELEVATE and how MedStar Montgomery Medical Center helped us implement a task clean-up rule. This rule with clear tasks based on nursing documentation, reducing the need for nurses to manually remove from their task lists.

We targeted our top four nurse assessment tasks, reducing ~18000 tasks every week!
