Heidi Gilroy, PhD, RN, NPD-BC, NEA-BC, EBP-CHeidi Gilroy is the Director of Professional Development, Magnet, and Research at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center and serves as the Course Director for Leadership and Management at Sam Houston State University School of Nursing. Dr. Gilroy has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and has worked in various types of clinical and leadership roles during that time. She is certified in professional development, executive leadership, and evidence-based practice.
