This webinar will provide an overview of the shared pan-Canadian Interoperability Roadmap and build understanding of the Canada Health Infoway Connected Care Initiatives & priorities to support interoperability in Canada. An update as to progress across the country will be provided as well as an overview of the benefits, barriers, challenges, and key success factors related to the Connected Care Initiatives.  Webinar participants will have an opportunity to learn how to become involved and to learn more about the initiatives as they progress.

Speaker's name:  Anne Baldwin

Brief bio:  Anne Baldwin began her career as a nurse and has focused on digital health initiatives for the past 20 years.  Most recently Anne has focused on enabling change & adoption in a variety of care settings.  Anne has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Nursing from the University of Calgary.
