CHNC in collaboration with SE Health, engaged with Home Health Nurses across the country to review and update the CHNC HHN Competencies (2010). This update will provide clear direction to equip nursing leaders and point-of-care providers with evidence necessary to guide and support the practice of home health nurses to work with purpose and positively contribute to health and social care of everyone in Canada.
